My Crystal Bags counter has stopped at 144, and won't update. I've collected over 300.

would someone please upload a video of how to get the Smokin' Hot achievement as i feel confident that i have done it several times and it wont drop

I was just about to start playing this game when I realized that the only settings you can change in the Options menu is the volume. Is ther some way I can window it, or (if the developers see this) will there be any update to add more options, such as a windowed mode?...
