Transfer savefile?

I about to buy a new computer and Like the topic says, is there a way to transfer the savefile/gamedata? dont wanna start over from zero

If you have saved whatever you've played in the cloud(cloud save feature is turned on by default) then you don't have to transfer the save files. Just login and it'll be there automatically.

If you want them transferred anyway(or if you have a game that does not support cloud saves) you can do it manually.
Copy and paste the associated folders to the same location after you've logged into Steam and Ubiconnect :
Ubisoft :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames
Steam :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata
