It's UbisoftConnectInstaller.exe in the game folder. Ubisoft doesn't bother to patch or fix their older titles, so, in 99 out of 100 cases, when something was updated on Steam, it's UbisoftConnectInstaller.exe they distributed with each Ubisoft game.

You need to compare patches[steamdb.info] (no patches since 19 September 2023) and update history[steamdb.info]. If you click on the latest update[steamdb.info], you'll see that Depot 1716751 was changed, and it's just UbisoftConnectInstaller.exe.
