Apologies for the late response. I'm also sorry to hear that your language in Steep is in Chinese.
The languages available would depend on your region. Also if multiple languages are supported you generally get prompted on installation which language you would like to use. If this was not an option and you are not based in China, then please create a support case[ubi.li]and we will look into this further for you.
