You can check the available languages, by right clicking the game in the Library, selecting Properties and then heading to the languages tab.

If English is not available, then it will not have been included in your version of the game.

In properties, there is English, and it set to it. But in game its Chinese. So if there is any other way to change it?

I've change the lang from props several times, and its worked.

I have a same problem I only got 2 languages and I cant change it in enlish :(

Hello Dop_Goan!

I understand that the English language is not available. The language pack depends on the region where you buy the game. If the English language is not available, we will not be able to add it manually.
