I lost all access to the game after i deleted the account associated with the game.

I had two ubi accounts one on my pc and my xbox, all i wanted to do was bring over my xbox accoun to my pc but i guess i couldn't figure it out for a bit. When I did I deleted my pc one, losing all access to steep and now I cant even refund it or do anything. I still hope I can play it again with all my progress but atp Ill still restart it from scratch cause I love this game.

My only recommendation would be to reach out directly using our Support Site[ubi.li] where an agent will be happy to take a look and try help recover access to that account.
