i finish EP1~4 on hard and still can't unlock all achievement. how to unlock ep5&6 so i can get the last 2 achievement ? Thanks

I was very excited to see that episodes 3 and 4 were available. So I played a few of the new missions and I found some things to improve: E3-M12 - You drive me crazy: You drive a car with a gun and unlimited ammo but that is way too easy. Why not add a overheating option and maybe a reduced rate of fire?
