Afaik no. This is probably linked to the fact that you need a character with HDD change in the lead for the few aerial bridges in the Hyper Dimension.

I asked this question before. No one has been able to do it I'm afraid, not even with other goddesses (3 guesses whom I wanted to have on the map and have as my leader pretty much at all times, too XD )

here's a very comprehensive video. All you need to do. You can read the value you need in the table; Noire is 2. Simply double click on 1:Neptune and change it to 2. Nothing but '2' because otherwise it will not parse.

Hey man sorry to tag you in this 3 years later, but I just started a NG+ for the 7th time after having not played the game for ages and I tried to use this cheat table, but it doesn't work. Do you know how that could be? I set a checkmark at 'Activate this first!' and then nothing else happens.

Even more strongly, I restarted Cheat Engine a couple times to try again but often I couldnt even tick the box there at all (at 'activate this first').
