As with other Unity engine games, settings are saved in the Windows System Registry:
\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Ludosity Interactive\Bob Came in Pieces
Use the Windows Search feature to find and run "Registry Editor".
To reset all settings, delete the "Bob Came in Pieces" folder.
Or just change the "Quality" parameter to one of the six possible settings:
Fastest / Fast / Simple / Good / Beautiful / Fantastic
If it stays blurry, it might be worth checking the default settings for your graphics card.
I recall a different game (different engine) that would go excessively pixelated if "Mipmap Detail Level" was set to minimum in "3D Settings".
Here's what it was looking like, and what the registry settings were set to before I cleared them. Maybe you're able to glean something out of it.

Thanks for the fix, I'm sure some others will get use out of it as well.
It occurs when the Screen resolution is 1440 pixels high or more, and after changing the Graphics setting to (or from) "fastest".
It can be fixed in-game by lowering the resolution to below 1440 pixels high, then changing the Graphics setting to (or from) "fastest" again.
The resolution can then be increased without causing the bug.
