Has anyone created wrap using the draw vinyl in-game?

I created a windows wrap and Save WINDOWS for 5G. Was prompted to name my new wrap to easily identify in warehouse. Then was asked to buy and apply new wrap for 5G and accepted it. Was expecting to see the wrap I created on the car's windows but don't see it but I did see 5G was taken from my account.

So what did I do wrong? Anyways any help is appreciated, thanks!
