I get a fatal error as soon as Gary the Gull lands and says "hi"

You just sit there listening to him talk for a few minutes and/or pick something up and throw it at him?

not that he's annoying just curious if you could do that game looks cool though

Is there a reason why some users are unable to interact with the Gull via mic? It's humiliating to be blantantly yelling into space alone in a room while in vertual reality. Also the game doesn't exit correctly. I have to take off the headset then ALT+F4....

On both the Oculus version AND Steam versions, after the Gary the Gull splash screen, I just get an hourglass in my headset and 100% CPU usage. Are there any logs I can look at/send you for assistance? Thanks!
