If you uninstall the game, reinstalling won't affect your progress. You save info should be attached to the game and to the Steam cloud.

I've done it before and I may need to do it again.

I tried the method and it didnt work. I'm still getting the infinite loading. I can't even play the damn game anymore.

i getting the same log in issue will not log in after you select character don't matter witch one i pick still stays on the Loading screen and you can hear the back ground sounds like your in the lobby. this is new just started today was playing yesterday with no issues. did the who integ file check all that still no progress. what might have caused this.

Same issue, uninstalled the game and verified the game integrity, also used an old save file but nothing works. What universe did you guys pick for the universe event? I went to 11th

You can load in, it just takes FOREVER.

The average load time for me is around 15-20 minutes, sometimes longer.

8 LONG DAMN YEARS .... now this.... COOL *uninstalls the game until things change*

After bandai cut even more budget of xenoverse it doesn't surprise me, the amount of bugs I found trust me you don't wanna know

Source? Because as far as anyone is aware, no news about budget cuts for XV have been said.

The problem started last night as the festival event started. It's not a save file or file integrity issue. It's a steam/game server issue. Possibly linked to that "ghost lobby" bug that's affected people as of late.

No integrity checks or save file swaps are likely to help fix it as its a communication issue with the server and/or some kind of IP conflict.

It took me an hour last night and a VPN just to log in and get some of the grinding done. I won't know for sure if the bug is still active for me until I get home from work tonight and test it again

Bruhh every new update breaks the game, evil vegeta has broken voicelines, new update now broken kill camera, jaco ultimate broken and many many more. DLC cheap as ♥♥♥♥, barely any new content, 1 year for maybe something, you telling no budget cuts ? heck we haven't even got a single actual COOL EVENT like wrath of the dragon boss fight or attack of meta coolers, literally wasted garbage

You understood nothing, if you can call these dlc's as good budget then yikes

yup having this same issue, after selecting a character there's an infinite white loading screen, sometimes background noise starts playing but i have not been able to get in the game for the past 24 hours.

yEAH ITS BROKEN, the only way to play is pvp if someone invites you to lobby

I'm currently reinstalling my game ... I will see what happens.
