today hacker logged in to my account and disbanded my tribe, he also wrote from my account that ''im a cheater...." lol. that game should be deleted from steam

They can't unplug their hardware from power? Or unplug their Internet connection(s) to the equipment in question? Seems unlikely there is actually nothing they can do about it.
