I just started playing this, but the biggest thing that got me was that you have to completely restart the game once you're "caught". The first time I just opened a door and without even knowing what had happened, the enemy behind it got me. I just thought, yeah, whatever, maybe I'm too early. Tried again, didn't realize I was supposed to ram into the door since all the game does is stop you from moving, died, and got kind of bothered by that.
