Some more details:
Right now we are working on an XBONE port, and part of that is reworking the level editor to work with a controller, and we're looking into ways to get levels to be shared easily. Unfortunately, Microsoft has a lot of restrictions on player-created content, so levels created in one place likely won't be able to be shared to the other.
When the update is released, it's likely you'll just be able to send the files to friends and put them in the directory.
We would prefer to have browsing for levels built into the game, but that would be extra work (There's really only a core of 3 people on the team, and we basically meet up once a week in our spare time to work on this game!), and an in-game level browser would need to be curated or moderated, and we simply don't have the time to do that.
There will be a lot of items to work with after the update is ready for steam.
