Lower bundle price please
Too steep for its age.
I stopped playing years ago. I never knew it added co-op. I wouldn't have thought it would be cool but it is. Hard to talk people into the price. I bet a lot of people who left a long time ago don't know it's there.

So what price would you like to see?
hektor 19 Feb @ 3:00pm
I think a $15 bundle would be value for money.

Texel Raptor would lose money. The base game is $30. You want to pay $15 for the base game with the 2 DLCs. That's wild.

Taste of Adventures and Booms & Blooms = $20

Just buy in Spring Sale 2025 [steamdb.info] when there are discounted prices.

Its ridiculous to wait for a sale for a game this old.

Very much a matter of opinion. There are countless other old games - far older than this one where the price is significantly higher than this.

This game is quality and very importantly it is still being maintained regularly and updated from time to time, unlike the £40+ (sale price) and 20+ years old game which I have been debating purchasing. I know I have the old disks and key codes somewhere and have been wondering about using those; but, I digress. Go check out the "store" for some old, but still popular and absolutely finished games - bugs and all - if you do not believe me.

Maintaining and updating a game costs money and time. If the game was simply being used as a static money generator then the low price you want would be viable. But, it most definitely has not reached that point yet and it is also almost unique in it's lack of bugs (any bugs, when reported, are addressed and fixed expeditiously),

Why is it ridiculous? What is ridiculous is to expect developers to keep on working but doing it for nothing, just because the game has been released for a certain, unspecified, period of time.

The sensible thing to do is to wait for a sale if the full price is too rich for your budget.

Not Sure 24 Feb @ 4:18pm
price should definitely drop or people will just keep buying copies off g2a or cdkeys

I'm new to Parkitect and had no issues with the price at all. In fact, it is actually quite cheap for what you get and the game time. Considering I only bought it 5 weeks ago, I'm not sure some newbies like myself consider it expensive - it is half the rice of a new release. Would I pay it again? Yes. Because I have more than had my £23 worth already and I find the possibilities within the game second to none.
Second to none. Because of none. Unless you count RCT3 plat. Then 90th to that.

Why would you want to buy a game that you think ranks so low?

Parkitect beats RCT3 Platinum hands down (90:1), IMHO, for more reasons than I have time to list. I own both and have played through both multiple times. If the developers of this game were to add more DLC content similar to the extra content in RCT Platinum then the game would be legendary. Put simply, RCT P. has more content; Parkitect has far more creativity potential making it infinitely re-playable.

Bottom line - It is all about personal preferences. If I had to choose one or the other, I would not hesitate to take Parkitect for all it's limited content because I can be really creative with decorations and environment.

Any enjoyment of the environment is stunted by the limited view angle. D/l a mod to fix that! And your view distance is 50ft. Maybe was OK when it was fresh brand new but it has not aged well. It has some really awesome ideas. It could have been the defacto, I think I said that in my review years ago, but ultimately ended up so-so with DLC that was trash.
I have enjoyed MP recently but that enjoyment wasn't deeply rooted in the core game itself.
Oh and the numerous bugs that are never going to be fixed...
Enjoy your trees.

I 1000% agree. I tried playing RCT3 the other day and I couldn't get into it. Parkitect keeps pulling me in.

Bugs????? Last bug I encountered, I do not remember how long ago, was fixed within a couple of days.

And, if trees are the limit to your idea of creativity and environment then no wonder you are unable to see the beauty of this game.

I agree with you on one point though, the DLC has been limited and disappointing but not unreasonable for the price. I would love to see and be happy to pay for some game extending DLC.
