who was the idiot who decided NOT to include a vertical view sensitivity option when you are using a controller im playing on a 4k screen using a ps5 controller and the vertical view is way to damn fast and for some reason there is only one option for controller sensitivity called pad sensitivity and that effects BOTH vertical AND horizontal look speed which is so stupid by the time you get the sensitivity for the vertical view to be decent now your horizontal view is way too damn slow. AND IT EFFECTS YOUR LOOK SPEED IN VEHICLES TOO which is so stupid youd think they would have different settings but thats too smart for these devs apparently like did none of these damn playtesters use a damn controller when playing your game to bring this up to yall or did yall just not give a damn in the first place having both settings is such a basic game concept i cant believe this shi is not already in the game if it is not fixed in the second game yall are dropping im not getting that shi

Unfortunately, since Code Horizon is a smaller studio, they tend to shy away from including detailed credits in their games. That makes it difficult to pinpoint exactly who was responsible for designing the UI—like the settings menu. From what I can tell, the development team is likely composed mostly of graphic designers and programmers who are capable of handling UI/UX, but it's not necessarily their area of specialization. They know how to build functional interfaces, but the lack of a dedicated UI/UX designer might explain some of the shortcomings in design and usability.

They're releasing Gold Mining Simulator 2 soon, so hopefully they've worked this out. It was a significant oversight, but the game initially lacked controller support.
The devs that did that are long gone. Luckily for GMS2 these devs know what they're doing.
