Achievements Help

I am looking for tips on how to complete the following 2 achivements.

Go nuts for Donuts!
Get to the bottom of 2 cases in 2 minutes

Three Pointer
Land a criminal in jail from a mile away

I have worked through cases as fast as I can but can't seem to get this achievement, is there a certain 2 cases I should concentrate on?

For Three Pointer I assume this had to be done in the first area with the police station since the blimp is always nearby but I couldn't seem to get far enough away.

Any tips are appreciated, thank you.

A bit late, but maybe it'll help. The first one is just eat a bunch of donuts really fast. I don't know how many is a case, but I just did one after the other for 2 minutes and it worked. There's a building with a "giant" (regular for you) donut on display on the roof, you take it close to your face and you'll eat it, they respawn pretty quickly.
