2nd graffiti spot in Microvista??

Where the heck is the other graffiti spot in Microvista? There's the one on the building that says "Books" but the other?? I've moved around and around looking for it, probably 45 minutes at this point, to no avail. I assume it's somewhere not obvious, but I've looked between buildings, on roofs, etc. Need help.

In microvista there is one downtown with all the tall buildings and one by the taco truck you were at when trying to fine the cabbage dealers(up in the houses) it is a bill board you can see from there. Hope that helps!
