I made a separate thread for Quality of Life improvements, but since this is stickied, I figured I'd repost the relevant part here. If it's possible, a future patch that enabled hotkeys for route choices would be fantastic. The choices are already numbered, so using the number keys for those choices would be an intuitive way of interacting with the visual novel.

Before I got my Steam Controller, I used to use programs like Antimicro and Xpadder to map keyboard/mouse commands to my gamepad for this kind of thing.

Not sure how much you guys can patch the engine but I actually like Page Down as an alternative for "proceeding to the next line" because it just makes sense with Page Up opening the backlog. BTW, I like Space even better, seeing how accessible that key is compared to Enter when you just sit back and relax while reading but I see it's assigned already...

No controller support? That's disappointing. Most VNs have it these days, and given that you upgraded the entire Engine and a new sound Engine as well, you couldn't...y know, add default controller support, so I don't have to use a mapper program?

controller... in a VN!!?! now I support controllers for a lot of things that I shouldnt, but controllers for VN's are something that I put in my rather small heresy list, touch screen on the other hand makes sense

No, having a controller for a VN is super convenient if you're reading from a couch. It's probably the most consistent use I've found for my Steam Controller. That said, it's also the least compelling case I can see for official support. There's really nothing XInput/DirectInput support gives that a free mapper program won't. All you're doing is mapping keyboard hotkeys anyway.

Thanks for listing the game controls, I couldn't find them and it was somewhat irritating. Maybe putting them in the option menu, for people like me who don't hit the forum often, would be a nice idea?

Weird that the control-skip doesn't stop when you hit unread stuff. I'm used to press the manual skip button on subsequent playthrough to get quickly over parts of a scene I already read several times and to the new stuff, but it doesn't work on that game, apparently (the skip will continue right through unread texts). I guess I'll have to use the autoskip (a function I usually never use, as manual skip allows me to easily stop skipping when I get to a scene I want to read again), but it will take me some time getting used to it ^^

Heresy list? VN's have been on consoles for a long time, almost as long as PC...and a controller just makes it easier to read and lean back. It's not like I need accuracy in a VN.

So I've noticed there's no way to quit in the controls or in the menu. I go full screen by default, but I assume that's not really something that can be changed, right?

Otherwise everything seems to be working pretty well.

Like many games, there is an option to quit to title in the menu, from where you can quit to desktop. Alt-F4 should work for a direct quit though.

Really Swipe Right starts Auto-Skip.
PersonallyI do not think about this as bug because why will you need the same action for the two?
Instead propose to correct description in this thred - having easy Skip switching really helpfull from my POW.

Muv-Luv would you please post this information in Manuals?
One normally search such information there, not in the forum threds.
