Want to purchase, but don't want to upgrade.

Since this is the Steam edition, would you consider taking advantage of the platform and adding the standard Steamworks features such as cloud save and achievements?

Is there any way of changing the graphic settings of this game? I got it with twitch prime and I'm launching it through steam to use the steam controller. The problem is that with my gtx 650ti I can't get more than 25-30fps, so I was wondering if there is a way to reduce graphic quality and enhance performance....
