Press Q and E?
in chapter 2 I can not get past the quick time event. its like 1s long and even when I spam it I fail. Should I press something else or what? This is at the paret when you are coming back to the train with food and stuff

You have to press Q and R repeatedly, I mean, press the Q key 1st and then the R one. Do it quickly, and you will continue with the gameplay. Tbh, I find this feature a bit annoying and nonsense, but that's how they made the game.
