Kudos to Valve and Lord GabeN for keeping this game. You can't be bigoted towards a bigoted doctrine that dehumanises anyone who isn't straight, male and Muslim. Its incompatible with the Enlightenment era morals surrounding secularism, tolerance, reason and logic, ergo it needs to be discarded.

ISIS is a terrorist group.

If you don't know the context in which ISIS exists then it makes sense to feel the way that you do.

If you do know how ISIS exists in relation to the real world, then this video game should be able to be compared to arcade games where you fight Nazis.
