i got this game today and when i try to start it, it does not load. any suggestions?

Every time I unscrew the big wheel's screw, it can't throw the cat. I tried many methods, but it failed every time. This level prevents me from reaching to final level because I got 3-star on all levels except this one. It's really annoying and frustrating. Is this level based on luck? Or it's an unfixed bug/glitch? Would someone please post a video or guide for getting 3-star on this level?...

Does someone know how to find the last costume? would be nice

This game was previously working. All I get now is a white window that is forever "not responding". clicking the "X" on the window causes it to come up with the windows crash "stop program" dialog. Files verify. Two reinstalls done. Same thing. Windows 10 pro, all updates. The issue isn't the video card, as I recently did a DDU and manual reinstall of the latest catylist drivers, and same thing....

I played whole game trying to not use powerups. I managed to finish it. Then, i started to pick all the stars for the achievements... When i get locked at level 11 in castle that needed a muffin magnet, but i have 0. 0 after whole game passed with "Max number of muffin magnet". Little stupid i think....
