Alt-tabbing is the biggest culprit, but pretty much at random the audio will drop out - sometimes I get ambient noise, sometimes I get absolutely nothing. No text voiceovers, no BGM, no whistling game sounds, no SFX, nothing. I've seen a few threads about this from several years ago - did anyone ever find a fix?
