Why isn't it shipping steel?
Everything has a line and vehicle configured to transport steel but it doesn't work.

can you show the vehicle tab and the line tab? I can't see a ship

It was active but i had my game paused, i also set a horse cart between steel mill-harbour and harbour-construction site

here, forgot to save my last 3-4 mins so i got reset 4 months back ingame

looks fine, actually, shoudl run soon enough, let it run for a ingame year, maybe use more horses, to get around 30+ rate
