All I got is check vsync, make a note of on/off, and just toggle the other way and see what happens. Running my 120hz at 60 these days but can confirm it runs smooth at that with v-sync off on my end.

Had this same issue the other day on Unsighted, and the fix I found for that worked for Wizards as well.

Try setting Launch Options to:
-window-mode exclusive

Now you'll have to launch the game, and then hit alt+enter twice (to toggle Fullscreen off, then back on).

I only had to do the Fullscreen toggle the one time, and it's been steady 60 fps since. Hope this helps.

Just wanted to say thank you for that command line recommendation, I've been playing for awhile but recently it seemed like vsync was creating a choppy 30fps experience out of nowhere. Adding this line and it locks it down to 60fps and looks as it should.
