Did not receive "Festive Presents Chest" after completing all the challanges

I did complete all the quests and receive all the rewards (including "has saved realm-mas" title) but I didn't receive the "Festive Presents Chest". Anyone having the same issue?

Note: I played all of the matches on "Team Deathmatch Training" and looks like you have to win in order to progress the quest.

UPDATE: I recieved the chest. After completing the quest 1 week later, I get it. So its delayed I guess.
