Also, you do realise you dont have to do the "black" mayor requests, right?
You are not going to be able to solve every crime with a nice safe bow. Some will get away, some civillians will die, some of your officers will. It's about putting the right resources in the right places. Learn what crimes are fake so if you replay a day, you know not to send someone. Judge whether you actually need to fill out every officer slot for a call. If SWAT is being opened up for it, it's probably a big one but still doesn't necessarily need a full roster, especially if you also deploy SWAT. That liquor store towards the beginning where you have choices? Can be done with two high quality officers, one mid, and SWAT if you pick the right choices. it allows you to send a full roster.
GROW A SPINE. I played this game 3 times already and NEVER did those stupid complaints. You can find yourself in this negative selfinflicting spiral, but managing to work it through is suppose to be fun for some people, yeah.
Sometimes i want just to play a most villainous cop ever and look how much $$$ i would make and get away with BS as much and as long as i can, but in the end play lawful every time.
Games are not meant to be fun for everyone, you should know that
