We need Niche 2!

So I believe it's be an incredible idea to make a discord for modding so that people are a little less lost when looking for help modding and getting quick support on mods....

Recently i started a fresh game and i got a hyanah family to spawn , i fougth it, killed the mom and chased afetr the child cuz i was worried it woud grow up to hunt my tribe again. i chased the child until i lost it for a turn and then from the same patch of grass i lost it came out a fully grown hyanah with a child and there were no traces of the child so i am curently thinking that it is teh same hyahna from before, just grown up with a family....

How do i determine the cause of death? This is pretty frustrating trying to learn the game, because i cannot determine if its old age, a predator... did they fall in a hole or drown? I was really starting to enjoy my second attempt at learning and figuring things out. I really wish there were some tooltips. Many of the various displayed icons seems somewhat self explanatory, but there are definitely some things that i wish were made more clear. Chief among them a listed cause of death. Is there a menu...
