How To Cleanup Old Legacy Prefab/Theme?

How Do I Cleanup The Old .lsp & .lst Files From Steam Cloud?
Everytime I Launch The Game, Steam Just Re-Downloading The Old Data Again From The Cloud.
How Can I Sync It With The New Files/Data?
