There is a starter pack in this game?

99% of the stuff in the in-game store is a scam. Absolutely DO NOT buy weapons or cosmetics or starter packs from there.

If you want to upgrade to premium AND get all the weapons in the game, buy a single Mann Co. Supply Crate Key. Then go to a trading site such as scrap.tf or backpack.tf and trade it for Refined Metal. Then use that metal to buy any weapons you want.

Bottom line is, you're much better off going through 3rd-party trading avenues, since stuff will be several orders of magnitude cheaper than the Mann Co. store.

try to avoid using the mann co store at all costs, unique weapons (yellow rarity) are worth like 0.17 of a cent. Use this website to buy weapons instead scrap.tf / marketplace.tf

Those from the Mann.Co store? Nah, better try looking for the stuff on the community market or places like marketplace.tf, their prices are much cheaper in most cases.
