I just added 25$ to my account and purchased 12 Tour of Duty Tickets and a Taunt. The transaction went though, but I wasn't presented with my items, and the items were not in my inventory. Steam says the transaction went through on their end, and the money was deducted from my account. Have restarted the game, restarted steam, and have waited about 30 minutes now and have yet to receive my purchases.

Should i be concerned, and how do i go about making contact with valve if this issue persists?
