tf2 community has devolved into just a group of people form various Places

context

i have noticed the tf2 community is kinda losing its shape and is kinda just becoming various groups or so of people from other places like from youtube reddit twitter and etc

as with how i have seen people act and with all the form posts

we are not the same community or a community at all its just people from other places hating on eachother while others try to bait people to give them attention

like try to find of a time within current year that the tf2 community did something as a community as just 1 solid community instead of smaller groups of people hating on eachother over the dumbest reasons

we used to be united like what happened man :C

It never had a shape, tf2 community was always like a sticky white fluid puddle on the floor about which everyone forgot, it dried up and became brownish.

I don't remember it looking any different. At least since early 2010's.

i guess

tho i have seen alot of harsh redders insulting people for their thoughts on tf2 having lgbtq stuff in it

like first they removed the hidden desk jockey decal witch you couldnt see at all and were asking for either the decal be removed or the item be taken out the case and removed

now people are complaining OVER SOMETHING YOU CAN ONLY SEE IN THE HAMMER EDITER

and theres even people saying "the games too woke" OVER A F*&%ING HUG TAUNT FOR HEAVY

seriously alotta middle aged men keep trying to reshape the community and game into their image smh

(i am aware of the communitys thoughts on lgbtq stuff in the game but removing stuff you cannot even see for the sake of keeping ltbq out the game is ridiculous the desk jockey decal was fine and so was the "trans rights" player clip on the crane in one of the newest maps people just need to sort their stuff out smh)

its become alot less friendly and alot more harsher

The internet being more accessible might be the reason. Back then it was a more closed environment.

true i honestly miss the 2012 where the tf2 community was nicer more open to helping people and being kind and they would see a friendly and go "lul silly heavy" and leave him be without them kicking or throwing out links to actual website forms saying why friendlys are bad
