Dear tf2 community: Its about the mute button.
So dear tf2 community so the other day i was playing tf2 in control points and i was using voice chat to support my team and we won the first game and this guy tells me to be quiet in voice chat and even i told him to mute me you know.

And after that i was continuing using chat and on the point i got kicked for no reason even i told my teammates that there is a mute button for a reason.

And pls tf2 community just use the mute button and not kicking people.

It's genuinely annoying how people would sooner kick someone than just mute them. You're already going out of your way to scroll a list to kick someone. You can't be ♥♥♥♥♥♥ to go out of your way to scroll a list to mute them instead? Just screams, "I'm an insufferable ass." It's in the same "pause" screen you're opening.

It is rather annoying when mic-spammer doesn't understand he annoys the whole team.

if they dont hit the bute button, i hit the block button on their steam profile. solves the issue for both parties. i cant hear them and they cant hear me. also ive been kicked for using vc for making callouts or just generally talking too, ♥♥♥♥ baffles me. why even play a multiplayer game or have VC enabled at all if you dont wanna hear ppl talk? at that point just play a single player game or go into bot training mode
