well if you are thinking about buying lego star wars the force awakened, all i will say is do extensive research into their servers before so, i made the mistake of buying it, and because the servers aren't online any more it crashes after trying to connect to them so unless you just want it as a trophy on your collection wall, its complete BS because they wont ******* fix their dumpster fire because they are obviously more interested in money than keeping up their record good lego games you can replay hell i never got to ******* play it because the servers went off before i could even play it. essentially WBGames fix your dang game because its actually bs you made it so us pc players cant play unless we fiddle with your files to fix you game temporarily next playthrough you most likely will have to againand im sorry but i bought this game to enjoy not curse at while searching through files to fix yo dumpster fire of a game.

LEGO® STAR WARS™: THE FORCE AWAKENS, is a great addition to the Lego Star Wars series. This game keeps the formula of The Complete Saga whilst still implementing great modernised graphics and mechanics. Unlike what other reviews may suggest, the servers are still up and you can continue playing the game fine. Additionally, there is a work around to bypass the server connection if you'd like as this game is not an "always online game". The writing is incredibly funny and really captures the Star Wars characters and story while also telling compelling new narratives. This title is also extremely easy to run, as it was reaching steady high FPS even on low end hardware on maximum settings. The Level Packs DLC brings new great levels that are played from different perspectives however, they are a little short, but definitely worth the price if bought on sale. The puzzles included in this game are also decently challenging especially when hunting mini-kits, even for competitive players. However, all this does not come with some glaring flaws. Mainly that the game is extremely buggy, sometimes soft locking the game and forcing players to completely restart the level or game itself. Some controls were ported poorly and are frustrating to execute as they are not being registered as intended. Smaller downsides are that the game has far too many mini jumpscares that don't add anything to the levels or gameplay. The levels also lack direction which is magnified in Free Play when dialogue is removed.

- Forgiving hardware requirements
- Fairly challenging puzzles
- Fun and inexpensive DLC

CONS:
- Very buggy and prone to crashing
- Repetitive and boring open world missions
- Free Play missions lack player guidance
- Agility characters struggle with their own mechanic
- Overuse of jumpscares albeit child friendly ones
- Confusing and overwhelming character abilities

Definitely a must-play for Star Wars or Lego fans, and really captures the magic of the older LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga/LEGO Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures games. Plus it is a very good external supplemental media adding depths to stories and revealing details of old ones.

It Literally will not load into the Main Menu.
I've tried EVERYTHING they've shown online. I've spent HOURS troubleshooting. The Lego games are particularly unstable. Even the Harry Potter games have issues (especially years 1-4)

Unironically the best Lego game. Amazing voice acting, one of the most serious Lego games, no tedious vehicle races for 100%, and the best thing of all... being able to play in Borderless Windowed!

Sure, some levels go on a little too long, but that's worthy trade for literally everything else
