Why cant you actually attack someone elses Fortress.. end game..

.. I mean sure its pointless, an there is always someone else to hunt up.. but why are the DEVELOPERS bad at concepts. Why is a fully upgraded base unable to be raided, by a fully upgraded Army.. Its not like its a maybe.. or a sometimes.. its literally impossible to take out a fortress , if its max, even if you are max.. Thats kinda broken logic in a game like this..

It depends on the levels of the defense units and your soldiers....and your number of soldiers.

at max.. you can not attack someone who is also max for defense.. so technically if ' everyone cap'd ' you couldnt attack anyone, anymore.. feels .. wrong..
