I was traveling at the edge of the House near Phobeter Quin when I somehow got stuck behind a locked door. I quit the game, and when I restarted, both the autosave and manual save had reverted to previous version and I lost a significant amount of gameplay.

Is there a way to recover the more recent saves, or are they gone?
