Game won't run
I've browsed previous threads but I'm not sure what's going on. I have a fairly new/powerful PC and even the recommended settings aren't working.

Hi, can you please first check and make sure your graphics card is updated, and verify the Steam files.

If you are still running into issues, if you can give me the following information about your PC:

CPU
Graphics card
Version number of installed graphics driver
Size of System Memory
OS Version
Antivirus being used
Your region

Additionally, if you can find any errors in Windows Event Viewer related to the game files, please include that report as well. You can find information on how to do that here: https://www.howtogeek.com/123646/htg-explains-what-the-windows-event-viewer-is-and-how-you-can-use-it/

Thanks, Nick. Files were already verified and graphics card was already updated. Windows Event Viewer didn't log any errors when I tried to launch RefRain.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core Processor 3.40 GHz
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 TI
Version number of installed graphics driver: 546.01
Size of System Memory: 16gb RAM
OS Version: Windows 11 Home
Antivirus being used: Windows Security
Your region: US

Hi, we can't figure out what could be causing this. Apologies on that. I would suggest getting a refund if it will still not work on your system.
