How exactly does this achievement unlock?
In a few guides its marked as completable when youre at the Lady Vengeance after escaping Fort Joy. All you need to do is "Welcome Tarquin to the Seekers' service". So far Ive exhausted what feels like every dialogue options that doesnt lead to a fight. But he only shakes my hand and is available as a trader afterwards. No achievement in sight.
Any tips?

after you finish the fight with and when act 2 starts he waits at the boot to sail at shore with you.. at the ship you talk again to him.. then you will have an option to be friends and welcome him
