So, I've played so far until I had to sleep for the next day to get to the choppa. Andre burned Dave and I had time to go back there and kill Andre by throwing a Molotov at him. Bro 1, told me I can come to the community now. So I assume that ending would have either been possible. Yet since I killed Bro 2 already in the Pinewoods by throwing thousands of rocks at him and the Scythe guy either later on with some arrows, I had no real endboss.
