Hello, page show only windows, Linux/OSX version planned ?

I want to start the game. It does start, but both versions appear in the taskbar but the window preview is just a small white dot. I'm on windows 10, Laptop. Already reinstalled & restarted my computer. After that I went through the steps in the pinned message: Fixes to common problems. But doesn't seem to work I hope someone can help me who had a similar problem and fixed it...

anyone else having this problem? currently i am not so eager on checking out whether it is a false positive or not since it happened with a fresh installation / recent update...

They game won't accept my "Enter" key, or any other input. I can't start the game, I'm stuck on the "Press ENTER to Sign In" welcome screen. Can anyone help? Thanks!
