Failed to save profile

When i lunch the game and save profile i found i cant. The game said "failed to save profile: Object reference not set to an instance of an object". I know that i can played it solo through main campaign but if there is MP part of the game it would be nice to have it functional. thanks for the future repairs of it.

windows 10 and 11 with all pre requsites installed and steam and the game running as admin with default AV and firewall with no issues on any other game with the same engine, same error as everyone else, doesn't work.
