Hey do any choices made in this game have any effect on the other games besides seasons 1 and 2?

Nope, this game isn't related to any of the others because clementine never meets michonne (sadly) since it is based off the comics and michonne has its own tv series and other TV series on its TV series if that makes sense I would research on itself.

This is purely based on the comic book version of Michonne. The show has no bearing on it at all.
