Stuck at 99% map completion

Trying to get the achievement, but map still says 99%. I've compared it to the 100% map in guides and I cannot find what I'm missing for the life of me. Any help would be appreciated!

I believe you're missing an exit to the right from one of the bell rooms, if you look at the bottom-center of your picture.

Bottom-center, that sounds like this area https://imgur.com/a/bBZIzbM, I've tried looking, but the only exit to the right is at the top to an area I already explored. I also checked all other rooms that have a bell next to a right wall, but didn't find anything.
