i can't get 100% of the map

i already looked in the 100% map, but there's a room that simply doesn't open.
The rom is in the area that you own the cat sphere

You need to use the cat sphere to become a cat and then go through that gap at the bottom-middle of the screen. The way to the right is actually traversable, which leads to the room of the 2nd screenshot you posted
