My apologies for the late reply, and sorry you feel that way about this game. If you elaborate on what you want to do exactly I can try to help you better. I realize I'm a bit late on this, but it's worth a shot. Otherwise, you should be able to ask for a refund of this game since you are likely under the 2 hour playtime Steam policy.
Hey there,
Please check this thread where the PS4 controller was discussed:
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/app/428550/discussions/0/2579854400753723430/
More specifically, please check reply #4 here. If that still doesn't work, please try what reply #7 said.
The PS4 controller doesn't work by default on Windows so usually you need these external drivers to install the functionality in your computer. A few games have their engines programmed to make the PS4 controller work by default, unfortunately, we are juts an indie team and we used a very limited game engine to make this game, and we were not able to make the PS4 controller work without installing something else (or relying on Steam Big Picture mode).
I'd like to apologize once again for the delayed response to get you this help. I hope the messages above can help you get the controller working so you can experience the game.
I'd also like to apologize for the confusion regarding "full controller support". On the Steam backend, that term is a bit confusing as well for us developers. By Steam's definition, it means the game can be played with a controller without a keyboard or a mouse. It doesn't mean it supports every type of controller, unfortunately. I know it's not the best term they could have used, but that's essentially what it implies. That's the reason why this game has "full controller support" in the store page. I hope that clear things up.
If you need any help or have questions, please let me know. Cheers
Understood. Hope you can get it to work! And thanks for your latest message, I appreciate it. Cheers and have a good week!
