It exists any mod which improve map to have more provinces and be more similiar to the real one?

i don't suppose there is a way to downgrade from 1.3? i've played this game for years, probably the game i have played the most. I like to play a long game and conquer the world. But this patch makes it impossible. e.g. I have a pretty big empire with England. Wanted to annex france, badboy hit for force annex too high so vassalised. Hi. I just picked up the game and have played maybe 30 min, but it's a little hard to start. So i thought i could ask for recemendations for a good beginner nation for my first real campaign, and if i should use classic. Thanks for any answeer >w<

1. my armies seem to break instantly when attacking / defending the enemy. my maintenance is at 100% and they have maximum morale. yet their morale bar just disintegrates every battle 2. my units do not reinforce. after setting maintenance down in peacetime, my army regiments reduce in size. but when I turn it up again, they just stay at that size and never reinforce, same for war casualties.
