Is this game abandoned? (Now is a discussion about our experiences with the game so far!)

I keep seeing a lot of potential in this, but I heard that even though it's out of early access, lots of promised things weren't delivered on.
Not to mention I heard it's still filled with bugs, poor optimizations, and just poor design even after all these years.
And knowing how the last update was many months ago, I don't know if the devs are still trying to save it, or have left it in the state it is.
I hope it's not the ladder, as I do really want to get this game in the future.

Apparently, yes. It's really sad, because there's lot of potential. The game world is gorgeous. There's a lot of mystery, but most of them are not addressed at all, which is really disappointing IMO.

Yep, it's a great game with great everything. I am keeping the faith that the devs will pick it back up and continue. Too many bad things happening..pandemic, bad economies, etc., etc. I just can't see such an exquisite game be dropped so all of a sudden. I have faith it will be reborn for all to enjoy someday soon!

I suggest not buying this game to be honest . I bought it around 4 months ago and still can't play it . There is a big inventory bug in the game right now . Not to mention that i reported it aswell .

Abandoned, shame since it has good potential.
Still easy enough to sink enough hours into to make the purchase worthwhile, especially if there's a sale, but it's 100% not finished and some people have major issues trying to play.

I'm not sure where this inventory bug is coming from for everyone else. I've got 389 hours in the game since 10-2018 and have used the inventory just fine with no bugs at all. GTX 1080 / 16GB RAM / Intel 7700k. Have you all verified game files? Idk what else it could be.

IDK i just can't drag items etc. Basically my mouse doesn't work when i open my inventrory . It just rots in my library still installed . I was waiting for the fix but i don't think anyone is gonna do anything about it . Some guy said pause the game and then resume it which i still didn't try but yeah that's how it is.

I'm going to reinstall and see if it replicates the bug.

I deleted all files, cloud sync saves, etc. and reinstalled. I am still able to use my inventory just fine. Don't know what else to check for. I'm sorry some are having trouble

Not a solution, was just seeing if I got the same bug on reinstall. But it wouldn't hurt to try

Right click PAMELA game in steam and click properties

Under "General" see if "Keep saved games in the steam cloud" is checked (it shouldn't be)

If not, no need to delete.
