Because... it's not... it runs at 30 fps and i don't see any option in the configuration tool to modify that... any idea? I was sure that i saw a tweet from xseed saying that 60 fps was planned

Having the problem of being unable to activate the special arcanum attacks no matter what I do. Since I can never use them I always have them filled up to the max. I've tried pressing the button down for five seconds and even remapping it to a new button and nothing works. I don't know how to fix this....
